Lombardi Development served as the construction management entity on this project, working with the developer to revitalize this once proud 19th century farmhouse. With a focus on preserving the early century charm of the property we were able to bring this home into the 21st century while allowing what drew us to it in the first place to remain intact. Once completed this home was sold generating a solid return for our partners.
